All orders Will be sent out with Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number to follow your order .

If you do not receive your order with in 12 working days please get in touch with us so we can help you.

Postage cost is Flat Rate of £5.
No matter the weight

so you will only have to pay one postage
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns process within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Eligibility for Returns
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, and item code sticker still in place.
• Perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty.
• Please note that certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected for transit.
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package, e.g printed copy of your email from your order.
• Send the item back to us via a trackable shipping method, at your own expense. To the return address provided.
(If you send your item back to us without informing us you wish to return it, a refund will not be given).
Refunds
• Once the tracking number has been received, ensure that you have shipped the item.
• When the item is received it will be checked over for damage.
• Providing that the item was returned in its original condition a full refund will be issued within 14 days of revival.
Exchanges
We do not except exchanges.

BREAKAGES
We will do our best to make sure that your orders are well protected on their journey to you unfortunately breakages do happen,
if this breakages happen during shipping please contact us with a clear photo of the breakage.

This is the only time we may accepted returns and exchanges but at the seller’s discretion.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return postages.
